About the Role We are looking for an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Lead Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale digital experience solutions within the commerce domain. Key Responsibilities • Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and development best practices for AEM implementations • Design and develop reusable AEM components, templates, workflows, and services • Develop custom OSGi services, Sling Models, Servlets, and workflows • Implement and manage AEM Sites, Assets, Content Fragments, and Experience Fragments • Configure AEM authoring, publishing, Dispatcher, and replication environments • Develop responsive frontend components using HTL, Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS • Integrate AEM with third-party applications and OpenSearch • Support AEM as a Cloud Service deployments and Adobe Cloud Manager pipelines • Perform code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize application performance • Mentor developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams Requirements • 11+ years of hands-on Adobe Experience Manager development experience • 5+ years of technical leadership or team lead experience • Strong experience with AEM 6.x and AEM as a Cloud Service • Extensive knowledge of Java, J2EE, Apache Sling, OSGi, and JCR • Experience delivering enterprise CMS and digital experience platforms • Strong frontend and backend development experience • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
