About the Role We are looking for an Affiliate & Partnerships Manager to join PrimeBee, an AI-powered marketing platform that helps businesses, creators, and marketing teams plan, create, publish, and grow without the complexity and high costs of traditional marketing. Key Responsibilities • Identify and recruit affiliates, content creators, influencers, digital marketers, and agencies to promote PrimeBee. • Build strategic partnerships with relevant communities, business networks, creator groups, and marketing organizations. • Onboard new affiliates and equip them with the resources they need to promote PrimeBee effectively. • Manage affiliate communications, engagement, and retention to keep the network active and productive. • Develop partnership initiatives and campaigns that generate sign-ups and paid subscriptions. • Track affiliate performance, referrals, conversions, and revenue. • Prepare regular performance reports and identify opportunities to improve growth. Requirements • Experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, business development, community management, or growth marketing. • Excellent communication, networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • The ability to identify opportunities, take initiative, and work independently. • Experience with outreach through LinkedIn, email, Instagram, WhatsApp, or other relevant channels. • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work toward measurable targets. • An interest in SaaS, AI, digital marketing, or the creator economy is an advantage.
