The Mogharebi Group operates a national affordable housing advisory platform focused on LIHTC and Project-Based Section 8 assets. The team has closed more than $3B in affordable housing transactions and advises leading nonprofit and for-profit owners across the country. Affordable Housing Investment Analyst (Multifamily) 📍 Los Angeles, CA (onsite; LA–based candidates only) 💵 Salary: Competitive Pay* You’ll support complex affordable housing dispositions and recapitalizations, with a focus on Year 15 LIHTC assets and properties with layered soft debt and regulatory complexity. The role centers on underwriting, disposition strategy, and financial analysis for Project-Based Section 8 and LIHTC deals, working directly with senior leadership and a proprietary buyer pool. You’ll analyze operating performance, regulatory agreements, HAP contracts, and capital structures while preparing materials for sophisticated ownership groups.
