About the Role We are looking for an experienced Agentic AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent conversational AI solutions for enterprise customer service and IVR systems. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy intelligent conversational AI solutions • Work with enterprise customer service and IVR systems • Utilize expertise in Agentic AI, LLMs, NLP, and conversational AI Requirements • 12+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline • Strong programming experience in Python, JavaScript, Java, or similar languages • Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, LLMs, NLP, and conversational AI solutions • Experience with AI agent orchestration, tool calling, context management, and workflow automation • Expertise in REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations • Knowledge of RAG, prompt engineering, vector databases, and semantic search • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP • Familiarity with speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and voice-enabled AI applications • Understanding of AI security, authentication, authorization, and responsible AI practices Preferred Skills • LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel • Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, Genesys Cloud, or Twilio • AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, or OpenAI APIs • AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Docker, or Kubernetes
