About the Role Our client is building the next generation of Agentic AI solutions and needs an engineer who can move fast. This is a fast-moving role with a quick hiring process. Key Responsibilities • Design and deliver AI agents that can reason, plan, use tools, and execute multi-step workflows across enterprise applications • Design and optimize LLM prompts for accuracy, reliability, and business impact • Build agentic solutions with planning, memory, and multi-step task execution • Develop MCP tools so agents can securely connect to enterprise systems, APIs, and data • Implement RAG, knowledge grounding, and context orchestration patterns • Define evaluation frameworks to measure agent quality and performance • Support deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI agents • Partner with product, architecture, and engineering teams on design and best practices Requirements • Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar) • Hands-on with agent frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI • Experience with MCP servers, tool integration, and API orchestration • Proficiency in Python or TypeScript • Familiarity with RAG, vector databases, and embeddings • Cloud exposure: Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI
