About the Role Join a senior pod on a 15-month enterprise AI program focused on building agentic AI solutions. You will take AI use cases from concept to production using Palantir Foundry/AIP, Azure, Databricks, and frontier models like OpenAI and Anthropic. Key Responsibilities • Develop and deploy agentic AI workflows from idea to production • Implement RAG, retrieval, and document processing solutions • Integrate LLMs like OpenAI and Anthropic into enterprise systems • Work with Azure AI Foundry and Databricks Genie • Collaborate with client stakeholders on AI solutions Requirements • 7+ years of AI/ML/LLM engineering and production cloud experience • Proven track record of shipping at least one agent/LLM workflow to real users • Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry and AIP • Experience deploying LLMs including model selection and cost optimization • Strong knowledge of RAG, retrieval, and document processing • Experience with Azure AI Foundry and/or Databricks Genie • Proficiency in GitHub, CI/CD, Python, and SQL • Client stakeholder experience Benefits • Opportunity to work directly with the client on cutting-edge AI projects • Builder culture with no micromanaging • Collaboration with industry leaders including Claude, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, GCP, and Azure
