About the Role We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Engineer to develop and deploy AI agents, automate business workflows, and deliver actionable insights through BI dashboards and reporting solutions. Key Responsibilities • Build production AI/ML systems, LLMs, and AI agents with 3+ years of experience • Utilize Python, Pandas, NumPy, NLP, ML/DL, and LangGraph/LangChain • Work with AWS SageMaker, Aurora PostgreSQL, API integrations, and RESTful services • Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools • Apply strong data modeling, ETL/ELT, KPI reporting, and analytics experience • Implement Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, CI/CD, and DevSecOps • Measure AI performance, adoption, and business outcomes Requirements • 3+ years building production AI/ML systems, LLMs, and AI agents • Strong Python, Pandas, NumPy, NLP, ML/DL, and LangGraph/LangChain • Hands-on AWS SageMaker, Aurora PostgreSQL, API integrations, and RESTful services • Experience with Java, Spring Boot, SQL, and relational databases • Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools • Strong data modeling, ETL/ELT, KPI reporting, and analytics experience • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, CI/CD, and DevSecOps • Experience measuring AI performance, adoption, and business outcomes Preferred • Health insurance/customer experience domain • Healthcare analytics • Modern data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or Redshift
