About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Agentic AI Platform Architect to lead the design and architecture of an enterprise-scale Agentic AI platform for the airline industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade AI and LLM-powered systems. Key Responsibilities • Define and drive the technical architecture of an enterprise Agentic AI platform • Design scalable, reliable, production-ready LLM-powered applications • Lead architecture reviews and evaluate AI frameworks and technologies • Establish best practices for multi-agent orchestration, RAG, and tool integration • Guide engineering teams in implementing secure, observable, and resilient AI systems Requirements • 10+ years of software engineering and architecture experience • 3+ years designing AI/ML platform systems • TOGAF or similar architecture certification • Experience with LangChain, Lang Graph, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks • Expertise in agentic AI systems and multi-agent architectures • Knowledge of prompt engineering, tool calling, and agent orchestration • Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, Go, or Typescript • Experience with REST and/or gRPC APIs • Distributed systems and event-driven architecture knowledge • Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) • Kubernetes and container orchestration experience • Vector databases experience (Pinecone, Deviate) • Monitoring, serviceability, testing, and AI system security knowledge
