About the Role We are seeking an experienced Agentic Platform Engineer with strong expertise in Python backend engineering, Agentic AI, LLM integrations, MCP, and Microsoft Azure. Key Responsibilities • Build, deploy, secure, and operate scalable, production-grade backend services and enterprise AI agent platforms • Design and implement RESTful APIs and distributed systems • Implement security protocols including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, and RBAC • Utilize Azure cloud services, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform for deployment • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps Requirements • 9+ years of overall software engineering experience, including 6+ years of hands-on production backend engineering • Strong Python development skills, including FastAPI, asynchronous programming, pytest, and API development • Experience with Agentic AI and LLM development using LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, Microsoft Agent Framework, or Claude Agent SDK • Hands-on implementation of Model Context Protocol (MCP) clients and servers • Experience with LLM APIs, tool calling, structured outputs, streaming, and embeddings • Knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP, OpenAPI, and distributed systems • Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, and Azure Key Vault • Experience with Azure cloud services, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform • Proficiency with SQL, Cosmos DB, Redis, Azure AI Search, or pgvector • Experience with AI evaluation, automated testing, OpenTelemetry, Langfuse, or LangSmith • Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor
