About the Role We are looking for a seasoned Agile Coach with strong Lean Agile / SAFe coaching and training experience to lead enterprise product and platform transformations. Key Responsibilities • Lead enterprise product and platform transformations • Coach and train teams on Certified SAFe courses • Experience with PI Planning, RTEs, ARTs and Product Owners • Experience leading Lean/Agile and organizational change transformations • Coach and train everyone from Directors to Engineers Requirements • 10+ years of hands-on Agile Coaching experience • 5+ years of SAFe coaching & training • Active SPC 6 certification – Mandatory • Strong Product & Platform Transformation experience • Experience coaching 15–20 teams across teams and leadership • Strong technical background working with technical product/platform teams • Experience with Value Stream Mapping, Lean Agile, transformation backlogs and team priorities
