About the Role We are looking for an experienced AI Agent Product Owner / Prototyping Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of AI-powered agents for content validation and automation. The ideal candidate will combine Product Ownership, Generative AI, AI Agent Development, and hands-on prototyping to deliver scalable AI solutions. Key Responsibilities • Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for AI-powered content validation agents. • Design and develop AI agents for content quality, brand compliance, regulatory review, metadata, and accessibility validation. • Build hands-on AI prototypes, POCs, and MVPs to demonstrate business value. • Identify automation opportunities across content review and approval workflows. • Define business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Collaborate with marketing, content operations, legal, compliance, and engineering teams. • Establish KPIs and optimize AI agent performance. • Drive stakeholder alignment, Agile delivery, and AI adoption. Requirements • 8+ years in Product Management, AI Solutions, MarTech, or Digital Content Operations. • 3+ years leading AI/Gen AI, automation, or intelligent workflow initiatives. • Strong hands-on experience building AI prototypes and MVPs. • Experience with AI Agents, LLMs, RAG, and workflow automation. • Knowledge of content governance, compliance, and approval workflows. • Strong product ownership, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management skills.
