About the Role We are looking for an experienced AI Agentic Developer to build and deploy autonomous, voice-enabled AI agents for Sales CRM solutions. Key Responsibilities • Strong Python development, asynchronous programming, and backend engineering • Hands-on experience building Agentic AI applications using LangGraph • LLM integration with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or equivalent • Voice AI frameworks such as LiveKit Agents, Pipecat, or equivalent • Speech-to-Text (STT): Whisper, Deepgram, AssemblyAI, or equivalent • Text-to-Speech (TTS): ElevenLabs, OpenAI TTS, Azure Speech, or equivalent • Real-time audio streaming, low-latency processing, voice activity detection, interruption handling, and turn-taking • Experience with tool calling, workflow orchestration, conversational agents, and CRM/API integrations • Knowledge of production deployment, monitoring, observability, and AI evaluation Requirements • Experience with autonomous sales agents and AI-powered CRM platforms • Knowledge of RAG, GraphRAG, Neo4j, and vector databases • Experience with multi-agent architectures and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
