About the Role We are seeking an AI Agentic Developer to join our team and focus on developing autonomous AI agents for Sales CRM workflows. This role involves building real-time conversational voice AI experiences and implementing STT/TTS pipelines. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop autonomous AI agents for Sales CRM workflows • Build real-time conversational voice AI experiences • Implement STT/TTS pipelines and integrate LLM-powered agents • Develop agentic workflows using LangGraph, tool calling, and orchestration • Optimize audio processing, latency, and conversation quality • Integrate APIs and deploy production-ready AI solutions Requirements • Strong Python Development, Asynchronous Programming & Backend Engineering • Agentic AI & LangGraph • LLM Integration: OpenAI, Claude, Gemini • Voice AI Frameworks: LiveKit Agents, Pipecat or equivalent • STT: Whisper, Deepgram, AssemblyAI • TTS: ElevenLabs, OpenAI TTS, Azure Speech • Real-Time Audio Streaming & Low-Latency Processing • Voice Activity Detection, Interruption Handling & Turn-Taking • API Integration, Observability & Production Deployment Good to Have • Graph Databases • GraphRAG • Advanced Agentic AI Orchestration • Voice AI Production Systems
