About the Role We are looking for an experienced AI Architect to lead end-to-end architecture and technical governance for migrating Agent Assist solutions to AWS Bedrock AgentCore. The role focuses on agentic AI, RAG architectures, LLM orchestration, real-time call center AI, and enterprise integrations. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end architecture and technical governance for migrating Agent Assist solutions to AWS Bedrock AgentCore • Focus on agentic AI, RAG architectures, LLM orchestration, real-time call center AI, and enterprise integrations • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team Requirements • 12–18 Years Overall experience, including 5+ Years in AI/GenAI Architecture • Experience with AWS Bedrock AgentCore & Agentic AI Frameworks • Strong understanding of LLMs, Embeddings, RAG & Vector Databases • Experience with AWS Transcribe & Real-Time Audio Streaming • Knowledge of AWS Cloud Architecture, IAM & Security • Familiarity with REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0, Okta SSO & TLS • Experience with Snowflake Secure Data Sharing • Experience with Genesys Contact Center Integration • Knowledge of MCP, AI Evaluation & Cost Optimization
