About the Role We are looking for an experienced AI Developer with strong full-stack development skills and hands-on exposure to AI-assisted software engineering tools, particularly Claude Code. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications using AI-assisted tools. Key Responsibilities • Use Claude Code and other AI coding tools to design, develop, refactor, debug, and maintain enterprise applications • Develop and maintain applications using Java, C#/.NET, Angular, and Oracle • Modernize legacy applications built using PHP and .NET Framework 4.7 • Use AI-assisted tools to generate unit tests, integration tests, documentation, and code reviews • Develop reusable AI workflows, custom skills, slash commands, subagents, and MCP integrations • Integrate AI-assisted development practices into Git and CI/CD pipelines • Work with cross-functional teams on IBM GIS, SAP/ABAP, MDM, and Databricks-related initiatives • Ensure secure and responsible AI usage, including source-code security, data privacy, and access control • Coach developers and promote AI-assisted engineering practices across teams Requirements • 5+ years of software development experience • Strong experience in Java and/or C#/.NET development • Hands-on experience with Angular and Oracle databases • At least 1 year of experience using AI-assisted development tools • Experience with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Codex, or similar AI coding assistants • Good understanding of prompt engineering and AI-assisted development workflows • Experience with Git, CI/CD, and automated testing • Ability to work with existing codebases and perform application modernization
