About the Role We are looking for an AI Developer & Engineer to build, deploy, and maintain production-ready AI solutions using cutting-edge technologies. Key Responsibilities • Build, deploy, and maintain production-ready AI solutions • Develop scalable, secure, and observable AI applications • Work independently in a fully remote, globally distributed team Requirements • 4–6 years of professional software engineering experience • At least 2 years of hands-on experience building and deploying production ML/AI systems • Strong Python programming skills • Experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn • Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and Fine-Tuning • Experience with RAG pipelines, Embeddings, and Vector Databases • LLM application development using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or Anthropic Claude • Understanding of Agentic AI workflows, Tool Calling, and Guardrails • Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools like Claude Code and CursorAI • Experience with Azure Cloud, Docker, and Kubernetes • CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions • Git, Version Control, and Code Reviews • MLOps, Model Evaluation, Monitoring, and Production Deployment • Strong communication and collaboration skills
