About the Role We are looking for an AI Developer specializing in Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies. This role involves building intelligent AI applications and working with emerging Generative AI frameworks. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain GenAI-powered applications using Python and modern AI frameworks • Build AI agents and orchestrated workflows using LangGraph • Implement RAG-based solutions for enterprise knowledge retrieval and intelligent search • Develop scalable backend services and API integrations using FastAPI • Integrate LLMs, embedding models, and vector databases into AI applications • Implement LLM monitoring, tracing, and evaluation using Langfuse • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build scalable, production-ready AI solutions Requirements • 3–5 years of experience in AI development • Strong hands-on experience in Python programming, developing REST APIs, and building backend services using FastAPI • Practical experience in developing AI agents, workflow orchestration, state management, and agent-based application development using LangGraph • Experience or working knowledge of LLM observability, tracing, monitoring, and evaluation using Langfuse • Good understanding of RAG architecture, document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, retrieval mechanisms, and context generation • Understanding of vector database concepts, vector embeddings, similarity search, and semantic retrieval • Knowledge of LLM integration, prompt design, model interaction, and building LLM-powered applications • Prior experience contributing to AI-powered products, GenAI applications, or enterprise AI solutions
