About the Role We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer with AI/GenAI exposure to help QA engineers and test leads integrate AI into the testing lifecycle and improve testing efficiency without compromising quality or coverage. Key Responsibilities • Integrate AI into the testing lifecycle • Improve testing efficiency without compromising quality or coverage • Guide teams on the differences between traditional QA and AI-enabled QA practices Requirements • Strong experience in QA Engineering, manual and automation testing • AI-driven test-case generation and regression-test optimization • AI-assisted defect triage and bug-report quality improvement • Synthetic test-data generation and exploratory-testing ideation • Understanding of test management, defect lifecycle and enterprise QA practices • Exposure to GenAI tools and AI-enabled testing workflows • Knowledge of LLM Testing, RAG Validation, Prompt Evaluation Frameworks and Hallucination Testing • Familiarity with DeepEval and OpenAI/Azure OpenAI integrations • Strong communication, training and stakeholder-management skills • Ability to guide teams on the differences between traditional QA and AI-enabled QA practices
