About the Role We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer / Architect to lead enterprise AI strategy, architecture, and implementation. The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on AI/ML expertise with strategic leadership, responsible AI governance, and the ability to deliver scalable, production-ready AI solutions aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities • Define and implement enterprise AI strategies and scalable AI solutions. • Partner with business leaders, product owners, and engineering teams to identify AI opportunities. • Lead cross-functional AI/ML teams and high-impact enterprise initiatives. • Drive production deployment, monitoring, reliability, latency, and cost optimization. • Establish responsible AI practices, governance standards, and compliance controls. • Communicate AI strategy, technical architecture, and business value to executive stakeholders. • Mentor technical leaders and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. • Own AI initiative KPIs, resource planning, and strategic execution. Requirements • 14+ years of experience (GC EAD/ H4 EAD)(GC /USC with DOB before 1988) • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; Master's preferred. • Experience in enterprise consulting or regulated industries. • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and mentoring experience. • Cloud/AI certifications from AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud. • Contributions to open-source projects, technical publications, or speaking engagements.
