About the Role We are seeking an AI Engineer with expertise in Azure Foundry and Copilot to join our team. This role involves building and implementing generative AI applications using Azure technologies. Key Responsibilities • Build GenAI applications using Azure OpenAI and Copilot • Implement RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and evaluation frameworks • Develop backend systems with C# or Python • Create REST APIs, microservices, and scalable service development • Utilize Azure Functions, Container Apps, and Logic Apps • Implement AI Search RAG solutions including document ingestion, indexing, and retrieval optimization • Manage DevOps and CICD processes including code reviews, testing, and deployment pipelines • Use GitHub Copilot and VS Code Copilot for AI-assisted development • Troubleshoot production workloads and analyze telemetry • Conduct Responsible AI reviews and ensure compliance with security standards Requirements • Strong experience in Azure AI Generative AI • Proficiency in building GenAI applications using Azure OpenAI • Experience with Copilot RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and evaluation frameworks • Solid background in backend development with C# or Python • Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and Azure Functions • Familiarity with Container Apps, Logic Apps, and scalable service development • Experience with Azure App Services, Azure AI Search, Managed Identity, Key Vault, Storage Accounts, APIM, and Monitoring • Understanding of container-based deployments • Experience with DevOps, CICD, GitHub, ADO, code reviews, testing, release management, automation, and deployment pipelines • Hands-on experience using GitHub Copilot and VS Code Copilot Chat • Ability to troubleshoot production workloads and analyze telemetry • Knowledge of SDL threat modeling, Responsible AI reviews, and compliance processes • Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills
