About the Role We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Python programming. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement AI solutions using Python • Develop and optimize GenAI/LLM applications • Work with RAG, AI Agents, and LLM workflows • Perform Prompt Engineering, LLMOps, and Model Evaluation • Utilize Vector Databases, Semantic Search, and Retrieval Systems • Process documents using AI-powered techniques • Familiarize with AI tools like Claude Code, Codex, or GitHub Copilot Requirements • 7+ years of software engineering experience • Strong Python programming skills • 2+ years of production GenAI/LLM experience • Hands-on experience with RAG, AI Agents, and LLM workflows • Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, LLMOps, and Model Evaluation • Experience with Vector Databases, Semantic Search, and Retrieval Systems • Experience with AI-powered document processing • Finance or Banking experience preferred
