About the Role We are looking for an AI Engineer to build real-world AI products. This role focuses on developing LLM-powered applications, AI agents, and intelligent automation systems. Key Responsibilities • Building real-world LLM-powered applications and products • Designing and developing AI agents and agentic workflows • Creating intelligent automation systems • Designing LLM workflows, tool-calling systems and multi-step agents • Developing data pipelines for AI applications • Building retrieval systems and RAG architectures • Integrating models, APIs, databases and external tools • Designing prompt and context-management strategies • Evaluating models, prompts and real-world outputs • Improving reliability, accuracy, latency and cost efficiency • Experimenting with different models and architectures based on actual product requirements Requirements • Python • LLM APIs and frameworks • RAG / vector databases • AI agents and tool calling • Prompt engineering and evaluation • Data pipelines • API integrations • Automation systems • Model benchmarking/evaluation • Production AI application development
