About the Role We are seeking an experienced AI Governance Lead to drive enterprise AI governance strategy, responsible AI practices, risk and compliance controls, and policy development while partnering with senior leadership. Key Responsibilities • Drive enterprise AI governance strategy • Implement responsible AI practices • Develop risk and compliance controls • Create AI policies and governance frameworks • Lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives • Partner with senior leadership on AI governance matters Requirements • 12+ years of experience in GRC, Data Governance, or Technology Leadership • 5+ years of dedicated AI/ML Governance experience • Strong knowledge of AI Governance frameworks: NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, and ISO 23894 • Expertise in Responsible AI, ethical AI practices, risk management, controls design, and compliance • Hands-on experience in AI policy development and AI portfolio governance • Experience establishing enterprise AI governance programs • Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and board reporting skills
