About the Role We are looking for an AI Governance Lead to drive enterprise-wide Responsible AI strategy for a high-impact, long-term program. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who can define policy, build controls, and advise the C-suite on how to scale AI responsibly. Key Responsibilities • Drive enterprise-wide Responsible AI strategy • Define policy and build controls • Advise the C-suite on scaling AI responsibly • Establish enterprise governance programs • Lead large digital transformation initiatives Requirements • Deep knowledge of AI Governance Frameworks - NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, ISO 23894 • Proven experience in Responsible AI Governance & ethical AI practices • Expertise in Risk Management, Controls Design, and Compliance • Hands-on experience in AI Policy Development and AI Portfolio Governance • 12+ years in GRC, Data Governance, or Tech Leadership with 5+ years dedicated to AI/ML governance • Exceptional stakeholder management with experience in executive communication and board reporting • Track record of establishing enterprise governance programs & leading large digital transformation initiatives
