About the Role We are seeking an experienced AI Governance Manager to lead the development and implementation of our enterprise AI Governance Framework. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring Artificial Intelligence is developed, deployed and managed responsibly, transparently and in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities • Developing AI Governance frameworks, policies and operating models • Implementing controls aligned with the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC 42001 • Establishing AI inventories, risk registers and approval processes • Conducting AI risk assessments and overseeing mitigation activities • Embedding governance controls throughout the AI lifecycle • Establishing AI Governance committees, RACI matrices and accountability structures • Supporting AI assurance, audit readiness and regulatory compliance • Developing AI Governance KPIs, KRIs and executive dashboards • Advising senior stakeholders on Responsible AI and emerging risks Requirements • 3-4 years of experience in AI governance • 7-10 years of experience in Data Governance • Total experience of 10+ years • Understanding of Master data management (required for 2 of 5 positions) • Experience in Risk Management, Compliance or related disciplines • Strong stakeholder management and governance implementation skills • Understanding that effective AI Governance enables innovation responsibly, safely and with accountability
