About the Role We are looking for an experienced AI Lead Engineer / Architect to lead enterprise AI, Generative AI, and automation initiatives for a long-term remote engagement. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end delivery of AI, GenAI, and automation initiatives • Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables • Coordinate AI architects, developers, business teams, and client stakeholders • Drive AI solution delivery using Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft Fabric • Ensure AI governance, security, and enterprise delivery standards • Track milestones, business outcomes, and executive-level reporting Requirements • 8+ years of program/project delivery experience as an engineering leader • 3+ years of experience leading AI initiatives • Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft Fabric • Understanding of Microsoft AI ecosystem, AI/GenAI solutions, and AI governance • Familiarity with Microsoft AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Agile methodologies • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Experience managing multiple AI projects in enterprise environments Preferred • PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification
