About the Role We are seeking an AI Microsoft Cloud Engineer specializing in IVR and Agentic AI systems. This role involves working with cutting-edge technologies to develop intelligent voice response systems and conversational AI solutions. Key Responsibilities • Implement and manage Microsoft Azure AI and Azure OpenAI services • Develop and integrate Agentic AI solutions using Claude/Anthropic API • Design and deploy IVR systems using AWS Amazon Connect and Lambda • Create conversational AI systems with speech recognition and dialogue management • Integrate telephony systems using SIP and Dynamics 365 Contact Center Requirements • 12+ years of work experience in relevant fields • Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Speech • Experience with Agentic AI, tool calling, and Python • Proficiency in AWS Amazon Connect, Lambda, IVR, and APIs • Knowledge of call routing, conversational AI, and voice AI • Familiarity with Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365 Contact Center, SIP, and telephony integration
