About the Role We are looking for a strong Senior Java / Full-Stack Engineer with hands-on experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude or GitHub Copilot to build production-ready applications. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement production-ready applications using AI coding assistants • Develop backend services and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot • Integrate frontend and backend components • Review, validate, secure, and optimize AI-generated code • Collaborate with technical architects and guide engineers Requirements • Strong hands-on Java development experience • Spring Boot and REST API development skills • Practical experience with Claude, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent AI coding tools • Strong database design and SQL skills with Oracle and PostgreSQL • Experience with backend services, application architecture, and scalable systems • Full-stack development capabilities • AI-assisted code generation, debugging, refactoring, and automated testing • Software testing, troubleshooting, and production deployment experience • Ability to guide engineers and collaborate with technical architects Important Note: This is NOT a traditional AI/ML or model-training role. The focus is on AI-native software engineering—using Claude, Copilot, and similar tools to accelerate development while ensuring production-quality code.
