About the Role We are looking for an AI-Native Software & Automation Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on developing applications and automating processes using AI technologies. Key Responsibilities • Develop applications and APIs • Implement GitHub and API automation • Create migration tooling and accelerators • Utilize AI-assisted application development • Integrate agents and tools • Implement MCP integration • Orchestrate workflows • Create human-in-the-loop experiences • Implement engineering telemetry • Develop evaluation and test automation • Build developer portals and internal tooling • Capture data, create dashboards, and generate reports Requirements • Experience with C#/.NET, Python, TypeScript/React • Knowledge of REST APIs and GitHub APIs • Familiarity with GitHub Actions • Experience with Azure and Azure AI services • Understanding of MCP • Proficiency in SQL and Power BI • Knowledge of OpenTelemetry • Experience with GitHub, Azure, Terraform, PowerShell, Docker, Kubernetes, EMU, CI/CD, DevOps, and Automation
