About the Role We are looking for an AI-Native Software Engineer to join Cotiviti. This role focuses on developing production-grade applications using AI-assisted engineering workflows. Key Responsibilities • Develop production-grade applications using AI-assisted engineering workflows • Leverage Claude, Copilot, or equivalent tools across coding, testing, debugging, and documentation • Review and validate AI-generated code for security, correctness, performance, and maintainability • Design scalable Java backend services, REST APIs, and database solutions • Improve engineering productivity through AI-native development practices • Guide engineers and collaborate with technical architects and cross-functional teams Requirements • Strong hands-on Java development experience • Experience with Claude, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent AI coding tools • Proficiency with Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL & Database Design • Experience with Spring Boot, Backend Services & REST APIs • Full-Stack Development & Application Integration skills • Microservices & Scalable Application Architecture experience • AI-Assisted Code Generation, Debugging & Refactoring skills • Automated Testing, Code Reviews & Secure Coding experience • Production Deployment & Performance Optimization experience • Technical Leadership & Engineering Mentorship abilities
