About the Role We are looking for an AI Platform Engineer to build and develop advanced solutions using Claude Code. This role involves designing and managing technical infrastructure while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities • Build and develop advanced solutions using Claude Code, including skills, sub-agents, CLAUDE.md, hooks, permissions, MCP, and token management • Design and manage GitHub repositories, branching strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes while maintaining security and data provenance • Develop reliable Python automation and data pipelines, emphasizing standard-library solutions, testing, and maintainability • Build and deliver agentic AI and RAG systems with proper grounding, source citations, cost tracking, and controlled responses • Handle confidential customer, pricing, partner, and account information with strong access-control and security practices • Manage Jira and Confluence backlogs, technical documentation, design documents, runbooks, and team knowledge • Translate technical solutions into measurable business value, such as faster deal pricing, reduced deployment risk, and productivity improvements • Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements, challenge ineffective solutions, and communicate complex concepts clearly
