About the Role We are seeking an AI Platform Principal Engineer to join our team. This role involves leading enterprise platforms, cloud-native systems, and distributed architectures with a focus on AI and Machine Learning solutions. Key Responsibilities • Lead the design and implementation of enterprise platforms and cloud-native systems • Build and operate AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI solutions in production • Ensure security, governance, access management, risk management, and cost optimization • Mentor engineers and grow high-performing technical teams Requirements • 12+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, or related disciplines • Proven experience leading enterprise platforms, cloud-native systems, or distributed architectures • Hands-on experience building and operating AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI solutions in production • Strong expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP • Experience with microservices, API architectures, distributed and event-driven systems • Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) • CI/CD, DevOps, Automation, Monitoring, and Observability • Understanding of AI platform technologies including vector databases, retrieval systems, model serving, AI orchestration frameworks, and agentic AI concepts • Experience with security, governance, access management, risk management, and cost optimization • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Benefits • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI technologies • Chance to mentor engineers and grow high-performing technical teams
