About the Role We are looking for an experienced AI Productivity Solutions Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft 365 Copilot. This role focuses on advanced technical troubleshooting, diagnostics, validation, testing, and deployment support for Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI-powered productivity solutions. Key Responsibilities • Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, and Microsoft Graph grounding issues • Diagnose licensing, identity, permissions, search indexing, and content-access issues • Provide technical support across Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online • Develop PowerShell scripts and Microsoft Graph API utilities for reporting and diagnostics • Validate Copilot deployment waves, pilots, enhancements, and configuration changes • Develop test plans, diagnostic playbooks, technical runbooks, and escalation documentation • Support Microsoft 365 search and grounded-response validation • Configure and test approved Copilot skills, declarative agents, and lightweight agents • Support technical handoffs, operational readiness, and root-cause analysis Requirements • Strong Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting experience • Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat • Microsoft Graph API and PowerShell scripting • SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online • Microsoft Entra ID and identity/permissions management • Microsoft Purview concepts • Enterprise Search and Copilot Grounding • ITIL incident, problem, change, and escalation management • Technical documentation, testing, and validation
