About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced AI Software Engineer to lead the development of next-generation enterprise applications and AI-powered solutions. Key Responsibilities • Lead the development of next-generation enterprise applications and AI-powered solutions Requirements • 10+ years of software engineering experience • Strong hands-on expertise in Python, Django/FastAPI • Proficiency in React and TypeScript • Experience with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and AI-powered applications • Knowledge of OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, vector databases, or similar technologies • Experience with APIs, distributed systems, cloud technologies, DevOps, and CI/CD • Strong software architecture, technical leadership, and mentoring skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
