About the Role We are seeking an AI Software Engineer to join our team. This role involves working with artificial intelligence technologies and large language models. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement AI solutions using Large Language Models and RAG • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements • Complete technical assessments and participate in the interview process Requirements • 2–4 years of professional software development experience • Strong programming skills in C#, Python, or Java • Hands-on experience with AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and RAG • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field • Enterprise or startup development experience • Strong communication skills and ability to work with business stakeholders • Must be willing to complete the Ropes AI Technical Assessment • Local candidates only; within driving distance of NJ/NYC area
