About the Role We are looking for an experienced AI Transformation / Change Leader to drive enterprise-wide AI adoption across engineering and delivery teams. This role focuses on leading AI transformation initiatives and implementing AI-assisted delivery practices. Key Responsibilities • Lead enterprise-wide AI adoption and transformation initiatives • Drive adoption of GenAI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT Enterprise, and Claude • Implement AI-assisted SDLC practices and responsible AI governance • Manage organizational change, stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption readiness • Define and track AI adoption metrics, productivity KPIs, and business outcomes • Present progress, risks, and recommendations to CIOs, VPs, and executive steering committees • Collaborate with engineering, Agile, DevOps, and delivery teams to improve operating models Requirements • Enterprise Organizational Change Management (OCM) • Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent change management frameworks • AI adoption, GenAI enablement, and AI-assisted software delivery • Transformation program leadership from strategy through execution • Executive stakeholder management and reporting • Engineering management, Agile/SAFe, DevOps, or software delivery background Preferred Qualifications • Prosci, PMP, SAFe SPC, or relevant AI certifications • Healthcare / payer domain experience, preferably Optum or UnitedHealth Group • Experience establishing an AI Center of Excellence (CoE) This is a transformation and change leadership role, not a hands-on AI Engineer position.
