About the Role We are looking for a hands-on AI/ML Tech Lead who can lead offshore AI engineers while designing, developing, and deploying production-ready AI and Generative AI solutions. Key Responsibilities • Lead offshore AI engineers in developing production-ready AI and Generative AI solutions • Design, develop, and deploy AI and Generative AI solutions • Provide technical leadership and manage offshore teams Requirements • Strong Python and Machine Learning/Generative AI experience • Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering • Practical experience with Claude and Kiro (Mandatory) • RAG development, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search • REST APIs and microservices • AWS cloud services and LLM integrations, including AWS Bedrock • Git, CI/CD, SDLC, and Agile methodologies Ideal Candidate A hands-on technical leader with experience taking GenAI solutions from proof of concept to production.
