About the Role We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions that drive real business impact. Key Responsibilities • Design advanced ML models across NLP, predictive modeling, optimization, and statistical learning • Build and manage end-to-end MLOps pipelines including training, deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD • Develop Knowledge Graph-driven AI systems using Neo4j, RDF/OWL, graph embeddings, and reasoning frameworks • Fine-tune and deploy LLMs for RAG, classification, summarization, and agentic AI workflows • Collaborate with engineering and business teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions Requirements • Python • PyTorch and/or TensorFlow • Hugging Face Transformers • LangChain / LlamaIndex • NLP, Semantic Search, Embeddings • MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow • Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD • Knowledge Graphs (Neo4j, RDF, OWL, Graph ML) • LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, Agentic AI • AWS, Azure, or GCP Preferred • Masters or PhD in AI, ML, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field • Healthcare Insurance / Managed Care domain experience • Vector Databases, Explainable AI, Responsible AI
