About the Role Agile IT Systems is looking for a skilled and motivated AI/ML Engineer with 5–6 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI and machine learning solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models. • Build AI-powered applications using Python and popular ML frameworks. • Develop and implement Generative AI solutions using LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and prompt engineering. • Work with NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics applications. • Develop data pipelines and prepare datasets for model training, validation, and testing. • Optimize model performance, scalability, accuracy, and reliability. • Integrate AI/ML models with APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications. • Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and business teams to deliver AI-driven solutions. • Monitor deployed models and implement improvements based on performance and feedback. • Follow best practices for responsible AI, data security, and model governance. Required Qualifications • 5–6 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, machine learning, or a related field. • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn. • Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data preprocessing. • Experience with NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG-based applications. • Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, or similar AI frameworks. • Experience working with SQL, databases, and data processing pipelines. • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
