About the Role We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and maintain innovative AI and machine learning solutions for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML models and algorithms • Analyze complex datasets and generate actionable insights • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve AI-related challenges • Maintain and troubleshoot existing AI applications and models • Improve model performance through experimentation and iterative development • Document technical findings and present results to stakeholders • Stay current with emerging AI and machine learning technologies Requirements • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field • Proven experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science • Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision • Proficiency in Python, R, or Java • Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Azure Synapse Analytics, and data pipelines • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
