About the Role We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Python, AI/ML engineering, Generative AI, and enterprise data platforms. Candidates with production experience in Palantir Foundry, Databricks, or Snowflake are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities • 12+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering, Data Engineering, or Solutions Engineering • Production experience with Palantir Foundry or comparable platforms such as Databricks/Snowflake • Hands-on experience with data pipelines, ontology design, and security modeling • 2+ years of experience building and deploying LLM/Generative AI applications • Strong knowledge of RAG, AI Agents, and Tool Calling • Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, Deep Learning, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face • Proven track record of delivering AI, automation, and data-platform solutions into production • Advanced Python programming skills; SQL experience is a plus • Experience evaluating and integrating AI tools and platforms • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools • Ability to independently scope, develop, and deliver solutions with minimal supervision Requirements • Experience in Financial Services & Investment Management, Private Equity & Real Estate, or Asset-intensive industries • Embedded or consultative engineering with business and portfolio company teams Ideal Candidate: A hands-on engineer who can turn AI/ML concepts into scalable, production-ready solutions.
