About the Role We are looking for an AIML Engineer with cloud development expertise to join our team. This role involves designing and deploying production-quality agentic AI systems to solve business problems. Key Responsibilities • Embed with internal teams and external customers to understand workflows and design solutions • Build and deploy production-quality agentic AI systems including voice agents, chat agents, and automation workflows • Design and implement RAG pipelines, prompt orchestration layers, and multi-agent workflows • Prototype rapid proofs-of-concept and iterate based on user feedback • Integrate data pipelines, APIs, and third-party systems • Partner with end users and stakeholders to run demos and gather requirements • Monitor and improve solutions for reliability and performance • Establish playbooks, standards, and tooling for the FDE function Requirements • 8+ years of experience building and shipping software in production • Primary language: Python; strong proficiency in at least one additional language (JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Go) • Deep hands-on programming expertise and strong system design judgment • Experience deploying LLM-based systems in production • Experience with data tools including complex SQL, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data warehouses • Comfortable deploying to AWS, GCP, or Azure; working with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
