About the Role We are seeking an AI/ML Engineering Lead to join our team. This role requires extensive experience in software and data engineering with a focus on machine learning and MLOps. Key Responsibilities • Provide technical leadership for AI/ML platform architecture • Lead development of production ML systems and MLOps practices • Implement and maintain ML platforms using Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and other frameworks • Design and implement MLOps pipelines with MLflow, Kubeflow, and Apache Airflow • Utilize cloud AI/ML services such as AWS SageMaker or equivalent Azure/GCP services • Implement CI/CD practices with Docker, Kubernetes, and GitOps • Focus on generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning • Develop data engineering solutions including feature stores and model governance Requirements • 16+ years of software/data engineering experience • 3+ years in production ML, MLOps, or ML platform engineering • Strong expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, and Hugging Face • Experience with MLOps tools including MLflow, Kubeflow, and Apache Airflow • Familiarity with AWS SageMaker or equivalent Azure/GCP AI/ML services • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform/Pulumi, and GitOps • Expertise in generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and model fine-tuning • Experience with data engineering, feature stores, model governance, and responsible AI • Bachelor's degree required • Valid US work authorization (GC/USC only - no H1B)
