About the Role We are looking for an AI/ML Support Engineer to join our team. This role requires hands-on experience with Google Cloud, Generative AI, LLMs, Vertex AI, Python, and Production AI/ML Support. Key Responsibilities • Troubleshoot and resolve complex AI/ML issues • Provide production support for AI/ML systems • Deploy and monitor machine learning models • Work with ML pipelines and MLOps • Utilize Google Cloud Platform, Vertex AI, and related tools Requirements • 3+ years of experience in troubleshooting • 2+ years of experience in AI/ML • Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Experience with Vertex AI, Google Gemini, and Dialogflow • Proficiency in Generative AI, LLMs, and NLP • Skills in Python, Java, Shell Scripting, or Go • Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, or Ray • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, and Cloud Infrastructure • Production Support and Advanced Troubleshooting skills • ML Pipelines and MLOps experience • Mandatory Certification: Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer (ACE) Work Authorization: US Citizens & Green Card Holders Only
