About the Role We are seeking a Business Subject Matter Expert (SME) to bridge the gap between complex passenger operations and integrated tech solutions in two of Europe’s most bustling hubs—Spain or Switzerland. Key Responsibilities • Map and improve end-to-end traveler touchpoints across airport terminals, cruise hubs, and seaports. • Build practical business use cases for integrated biometric, booking, and boarding systems. • Translate operator needs into functional specifications, process flows, and API integration requirements. • Run collaborative discovery workshops with airlines, cruise operators, port authorities, and government agencies. Requirements • Proven experience in passenger operations (Aviation, Maritime, Cruise, or Port environments). • Natural ability to map complex process flows and design digital transformation use cases. • Comfortable interfacing with technical teams (architects, data platforms, and API integrators). • Knowledge of biometrics, digital identity, or transit interoperability is a plus.
