About the Role We are seeking an experienced Airtable Automation & Workflow Developer to build and optimize workflow solutions for the Legal department. This role requires strong hands-on Airtable development skills and the ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions. Key Responsibilities • Build and optimize workflow solutions for the Legal department • Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions • Manage stakeholder communication and requirements gathering Requirements • 3–5 years of hands-on Airtable automation and workflow development experience • Strong experience with Airtable bases, Interfaces, Automations, and JavaScript scripting • Experience with Airtable REST API, webhooks, and system integrations • Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills • GPT/LLM development, including Airtable AI, Claude, or ChatGPT API
