About the Role We are looking for an experienced Aladdin Platform Support Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on providing production support for BlackRock Aladdin and related front-office applications in investment management. Key Responsibilities • Provide L2/L3 production support for BlackRock Aladdin and related front-office applications • Troubleshoot issues across portfolio management, order management, trade execution, trade booking, and confirmations • Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with business, technology, and BlackRock teams • Use SQL for data validation, troubleshooting, and large dataset analysis • Develop Python scripts to automate operational tasks and improve monitoring • Support production releases, change management, and continuous service improvement • Collaborate with global teams to ensure platform stability and operational excellence Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with BlackRock Aladdin • Knowledge of asset management and front-office trade lifecycle • Strong SQL and data analysis skills • Python scripting and automation experience • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills • Ability to work with portfolio managers, traders, investment operations, and technology teams Ideal Candidate: 7–10 years of experience supporting investment management or capital markets applications, with strong expertise in Aladdin front-office workflows.
