About the Role We are seeking an experienced Alteryx Developer to support global payroll automation, data processing, and reporting initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Develop, maintain, and optimize advanced Alteryx workflows for payroll automation and reporting. • Build and enhance macros and batch processes to improve workflow performance. • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements. • Use SQL for data manipulation, validation, and integration. • Troubleshoot production issues and improve existing automation processes. • Collaborate with global teams and communicate effectively in English and Spanish. • Maintain technical documentation and data lineage for audit and compliance. Requirements • 5–6 years of relevant experience. • Strong hands-on Alteryx Designer experience, including macros and workflow optimization. • Strong SQL and data manipulation skills. • Experience gathering requirements and working directly with stakeholders. • Payroll, HR, or finance data experience is strongly preferred. • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is mandatory.
