About the Role Intellisoft Systems is seeking a skilled Amazon Connect Developer for a contract position in Atlanta, GA. This role involves working with Amazon Connect, AWS Lex, Lambda, and Java to design and troubleshoot contact flows. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement contact flows using Amazon Connect • Develop and integrate solutions with AWS Lex, Lambda, and Java • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in contact center integrations • Configure contact routing, queues, and agent settings • Implement APIs, proxy services, and CI/CD pipelines • Manage application upgrades and dependency libraries Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect • Practical development experience with AWS Lex, Lambda, and Java • Experience designing and troubleshooting contact flows • Knowledge of contact routing, queues, agent configuration, and integrations • Experience with APIs, CI/CD, and application upgrades Note: This position requires genuine hands-on development experience, not just administration or support experience.
