About the Role
We are looking for an Amazon Connect Developer to join our team. This role involves developing solutions using Amazon Connect and related AWS services.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain Amazon Connect solutions
• Implement IVR, ACD, skill-based routing, and live chat features
• Integrate AWS Lambda, Amazon Lex, and ServiceNow
Requirements
• 12+ years of overall work experience
• AWS Cloud experience
• Hands-on Amazon Connect experience
• Experience with Node.js, Python, or Java
• Strong knowledge of IVR, ACD, skill-based routing, and live chat
• Experience with AWS Lambda, Amazon Lex, and ServiceNow
• Strong communication and requirements-gathering skills
